Open Record = MA District Record
Page 9-12 MA Long Course District Records / Page 10-13 MA Short Course District
Records
District Records (LSC Open Records) are achieved by any registered swimmer
at a USA Swimming-recognized competition within MA geographic boundaries.
Resident Records (LSC Record) are achieved by registered MA swimmers in a
USA Swimming-recognized competition in the United States or abroad.
