Congratulations to all swimmers that have qualified for this 2009 MA Long Course Zone Team!

The coaching staff would like to remind swimmers and parents about a few things:

There will be a Zone practice for the Middle Atlantic swimmers, Tuesday August 11th, at the Penn State outdoor pool scheduled from 6:00 PM to 7:00PM. This is a great way for the swimmers to meet the Zone Coaches and other athletes in their age group. We ask that all swimmers arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of practice.

We also ask that ALL swimmers arrive at the meet at least 20 minutes prior to their warm up sessions each day.

The Zones Coaches will announce who has been selected for the relays on the day the relays will be swum. Swimmers are expected to be available for relays on the days that they are scheduled to swim an event(s). Please let the proper age group coach and the head coach know, PRIOR to the start of the meet, if you will NOT be able to participate in a relay. If a swimmer has been selected for a relay and that swimmer informs their coach that they will not stay to participate, they will be fined $50.00 by Middle Atlantic. If any athletes that are not swimming an individual event on a particular day would like to be considered for a relay on that day, please let the proper coach know of your interest.

Parents, please advise your swimmers to communicate clearly and often with their individual coaches.
